01Cream butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, and water together. Beat in Flour a little at a time, until fully incorporated.
02Stir in nuts and chill.
03Form dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
04Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until pale golden. While still hot roll in sifted powdered sugar.
