1 1/2 cups all-purpose flourflour
1 cup white sugarsugar
1/4 cup butter, softenedbutter
1 teaspoon vanilla extractvanilla-extract
1 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powderbaking-powder
1 eggegg
3 very ripe bananasbanana

Instructions (5 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
02Grease and flour the loaf pan Mash bananas and add flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and egg.
03Mix well.
04Pour into loaf pan.
05Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
