I found these on another website ages ago ad they have since become a regular at my parties. You can use any bourbon but I have done well using Southern Comfort.

Ingredients (4)

1 cup brown sugarbrown-sugar
1 cup ketchupketchup
1/2 cup Bourbonbourbon
4 dozen meatballs, small, already cooked

Instructions (3 steps)

01Combine the first three ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes, until blended.
02Add meatballs and simmer, covered for about 45 minutes.
03CROCK POT: For the crock pot, prepare sauce as above. Put meatballs (they can be frozen meatballs) into crock pot, pour sauce over and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.
