4 tablespoons honeyhoney
4 tablespoons lite olive oil (or other oil)
2 cloves garlic, crushedgarlic
1 tablespoon fresh lime juicelime-juice
1 tablespoon of fresh mint, choppedfresh-mint
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustardmustard
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper

Instructions (10 steps)

01Combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well.
02Place chops in a large zip lock bag.
03Pour marinade into the bag with the chops,seal bag.
04Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours, turn several times to coat the chops.
05Heat BBQ to medium High.
