05Filing: Combine lemon juice, lemon zest, strawberry puree, sugar, and eggs and beat until smooth. Add in flour, baking powder and salt.
06Pour filling over hot crust. Return to the oven and bake for 23-26 minutes until the filling is set. A light brownish colored crust may form on top of the filling.
