2 -3 lbs boneless pork shoulderpork-shoulder
1 (28 ounce) can green enchilada saucegreen-enchilada-sauce
1 onion, choppedonion
1 teaspoon lemon pepperpepper
6 garlic cloves, slicedgarlic
1 teaspoon dried oreganooregano
1 teaspoon ground cumincumin
sliced pickled jalapeno pepperpepper

Instructions (6 steps)

01Turn the crock pot on to high while you chop the onions and slice the garlic.
02Dump everything in the pot; cut the meat into 2-3 pieces so the sauce covers everything.
03Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
04Degrease the sauce.
05Shred the meat.
