1 cup packed brown sugarbrown-sugar
2 large eggsegg
1/2 cup butterbutter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractvanilla-extract
3/4 cup cooked and pureed navy beans
1 cup mashed ripe bananabanana
1 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flourflour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oatsquick-cooking-oats
1 cup chocolate chipschocolate-chips

Instructions (9 steps)

01Preheat oven to 375°F.
02Cream together sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.
03Add beans and banana and beat until fluffy.
04Add baking soda, flour and oats; blend until smooth.
05Stir in chocolate chips.
