Ole Chicken Salad

• 1 pound Cooked, Shredded Chicken
• 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsedblack-beans
• 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chiles, Don't Draindiced-green-chiles
• 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
• ⅓ cups Sour Cream. I Use Light.
• ⅓ cups Mayonnaise (I Use Light)mayonnaise
• 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoningtaco-seasoning
• 1 whole Lime, Juiced (zest Optional)lime

1. 01In a large bowl combine cooked chicken, black beans, green chiles, and cheese. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning and lime juice. Combine well.
2. 02Serve with tortilla chips or tostada shells and garnish with lime wedges and/or sliced olives.
