1/4 cup flourflour
2 teaspoons saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme, driedthyme
3 -4 lbs cut up chicken, skin onchicken
1/4 cup butter, meltedbutter
4 green onions, choppedscallion
1/2 cup mushroom, slicedmushroom
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshlemon-juice
1 teaspoon sugarsugar
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/3 cup apple juiceapple-juice

Instructions (5 steps)

01Preheat oven to 325°F.
02Mix flour, salt, pepper and thyme in a plastic bag. Shake chicken to coat well.
03In a frying pan, brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken and place in a casserole dish. Add onions and mushrooms to the frying pan; cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour the onions, mushrooms and butter over the chicken.
