01In large covered kettle place turkey cage, bones, S& P,carrots, celery plus half the onions in water.
02Simmer 1 hour.
03Remove the turkey parts and let cool.
04Pick the turkey meat and discard bones.
05Add turkey, remaining onions and cook ten minutes.
06Add noodles to soup.
