1 (28 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drainedsweet-potato
1 cup sugarsugar
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla
4 eggsegg
1 cup evaporated milkevaporated-milk
1/2-1 cup butterbutter
1 dash cinnamoncinnamon
2 cups brown sugarbrown-sugar
1/2 cup pecans, choppedpecan
1 cup flourflour
1/2-1 cup butter, meltedbutter

Instructions (6 steps)

01Drain liquid from potatoes, place potatoes in lg bowl and mix well.
02Mixture will be runny.
03Add next 6 ingredients and mix until well blended.
04Pour in baking dish.
05Top with mixture of: brown sugar, pecans, flour, melted margarine.

06Bake 350°F uncovered 45 minutes.
