Ingredients (10)

1/2 cup butterbutter
1/2 cup brown sugarbrown-sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanillavanilla
1 1/2 cups flourflour
1 cup well drained crushed pineapplepineapple
1/4 cup melted butterbutter
3/4 cup sugarsugar
1 eggegg
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla
1 cup shredded coconutshredded-coconut

Instructions (10 steps)

01Cream the 1/2 cup butter and blend in brown sugar and vanilla.
02Add flour and mix thoroughly.
03Press into bottom of 9" cake pan.
04Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
05Let cool 5 minutes.
06Spread with crushed pineapple.

07Beat together all the topping ingredients and spread over crushed pineapple/.

08Return to oven and bake 30 minutes more.

09Cool- cut into squares.

10Store in fridge.
