I got this recipe from a friend that loves to give this out as Christmas gifts. It reminds me of pound cake, moist, and dense. Sometimes I make it in mini loaf pans, and share with more friends.

6 eggsegg
3 cups sugarsugar
1 cup oiloil
1 cup milkmilk
3 cups flourflour
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1 tablespoon almond extractalmond-extract
1 tablespoon baking powderbaking-powder

Instructions (6 steps)

01Grease and sugar 4 medium sized or 2 large loaf pans.
02Cream together eggs and sugar.
03Add oil, milk, almond extract.
04Stir together flour, salt, and Baking powder, add to wet ingredients.
05Pour into pans.
06Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean, in 350 degree oven.
