1/3 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustardmustard
1 tablespoon chopped green onionscallion
8 slices breadbread
1/4 cup butter, softenedbutter

Instructions (5 steps)

01Combine cheeses, mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped onion.
02Spread mixture on one side of 4 of the bread slices to within 1/4-inch of edges.
03Top with remaining bread slices.
04Spread softened butter on the outer sides of the sandwiches.
05Cook over medium heat in a hot skillet or griddle until golden brown, turning once.
