1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup buttermilkbuttermilk
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)butter
1 teaspoon parsley, mincedparsley
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, mincedgarlic
1 cup cheddar cheese, gratedcheddar

Instructions (10 steps)

01Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
02Put butter in saucepan and melt.
03Add parsley and garlic and put on very low heat until mixture begins to bubble.
04While you're waiting, mix Bisquick and buttermilk in a separate bowl.
05Once butter mixture has bubbled, add to Bisquick and buttermilk mixture.
06Stir until everything is incorporated.
