8 ounces sour creamsour-cream
8 ounces half-and-half
1 cup chopped oniononion
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon pepperpepper
1 (2 lb) package frozen cubed hash brownshash-browns
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken (I use leftover)chicken
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, dividedcheddar

Instructions (5 steps)

01Mix sour cream,half and half, onions, chilis, salt and pepper.
02Stir in potatoes, chicken and 2 cups of the cheese.
03Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
04Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour 15 minutes.
05Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
