Corn Flakes Fruit Pizza

I have never tried this with corn flakes, but it sounds GREAT. I have always used sugar cookie mix for a crust and it is too sweet, this sounds better though! If you use a lot of fresh colorful fruit (blueberries, raspberries, apples, peaches, kiwi, strawberries etc.) it looks beautiful.

4 cups corn flakes, crushed to 1 cupcorn
2 tablespoons sugarsugar
2 tablespoons margarine, softenedmargarine
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow crememarshmallow-creme
3 cups sliced fruit

Instructions (8 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350°F.
02In a bowl combine corn flakes, sugar, margarine, and corn syrup.
03Press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom of 12-inch pan.
04Bake for 5 minutes, cool completely.
05Combine cream cheese and marshmallow creme, spread over crust.
06Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture.
