Crust starts on the bottom and rises to the top, how cool is that? Long time recipe of mine, great with your favorite fruit. Growing up we used peaches since my Dad had a huge peach orchard.

Ingredients (6)

1/2 cup flourflour
1/2 cup sugarsugar
1 teaspoon baking powderbaking-powder
1/2 cup milkmilk
1 pinch saltsalt
2 cups fruit, cooked

Instructions (5 steps)

01Mix well all ingredients, except fruit.
02Pour into a buttered quart casserole dish that has 2 or 3 Tbl. butter chipped up in it.
03Pour fruit over the batter.
04Batter will rise to the top.
05Cook at 400 for 30 minutes.
