3 lbs baby back ribs
1 cup apricot jamapricot-jam
1/4 cup soya sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugarbrown-sugar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegarwhite-wine-vinegar
2 garlic cloves, mincedgarlic
1 teaspoon gingerginger
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon pepperpepper
1/4 teaspoon cayennecayenne
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)pineapple

Instructions (6 steps)

01Separate pork into ribs.
02Put in greased 9x13 pan.
03Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs, turning to coat.
04Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or till glazed and tender.
05Baste every 15 minutes without turning.

06Serve sauce over ribs.
