2 heads romaine lettuce (washed and tear into bit size pieces)romaine
1 cup pecan halves (toasted)pecan
1 (8 ounce) can mandarin orangesorange
1/4 cup vinegarvinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oilvegetable-oil
1/4 cup sugarsugar
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 small red onion, choppedred-onion
1 teaspoon dry mustardmustard
2 tablespoons waterwater

Instructions (4 steps)

01Place lettuce, pecans and oranges in salad bowl.
02Combine dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
03Make ahead and refrigerate until ready to toss with salad.
04Use extra dressing for dip with fresh fruit!
