This is adapted from a Taste of Home recipe. I made this one year for Thanksgiving, and it quickly became a special request for every Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.

2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corncorn
1 cup waterwater
1/3 cup butter, cubedbutter
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsleyparsley
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon dill weeddill
1/4 teaspoon garlic powdergarlic-powder
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoningitalian-seasoning
1/8 teaspoon dried thymethyme

Instructions (3 steps)

01Combine corn and water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
02Reduce heat, cover and simmer until corn is tender, about 5 to 6 minutes.
03Drain; stir in the remaining ingredients.
