1 lb ground beefground-beef
3 eggsegg
1 tablespoon black pepperpepper
4 tablespoons vegetable oil, dividedvegetable-oil
2 cups cold cooked long-grain ricelong-grain-rice
2 small onions, choppedonion
2 tablespoons soy saucesoy-sauce
1 teaspoon sugarsugar
1 teaspoon brown sugarbrown-sugar

Instructions (9 steps)

01In a skillet, cook beef untilno longer pink, and drain.
02In a large bowl, beat eggs, and pepper.
03In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons, oil over medium heat.
04Add eggs to skillet.
05As eggs set, lift the edges, letting uncooked portion flow underneath.

When eggs are completely cooked, remove from skillet, and cut into strips.

07Return to pan.

08Stir in remaining ingredients.

09Cook and stir over low heat in remaining oil for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
