01Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with baking spray. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and set aside. In another mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy.
02Stir in the flour mixture until well blended. Dump in the cinnamon chips and mix to evenly distribute.
03Spread evenly in your 9 x 13 pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of the your dough.
