2 lbs ground beefground-beef
3/4 cup regular oats, uncooked
1 large onion, choppedonion
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup milkmilk
2 large eggs, lightly beatenegg
1 tablespoon prepared horseradishprepared-horseradish
1 1/2 teaspoons saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon pepperpepper
1/2 cup catsup
3 tablespoons brown sugarbrown-sugar
1 tablespoon prepared horseradishprepared-horseradish
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustardmustard

Instructions (3 steps)

01Combine the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Form mixture into a loaf, and place in a 9x5x3 inch loafpan.
02Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Spoon half the sauce mixture over the top of the meatloaf. Bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
03Spoon the remaining sauce mix over the meatloaf, and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove to a serving platter.
