1 cup waterwater
1 (12 ounce) package ocean spray cranberriescranberry
1 orange, peeled and pureed (plus I like some zest)orange
1 apple, peeled and dicedapple
1 pear, peeled and dicedpear
1 cup dried mixed fruitmixed-fruit
1 cup pecans, choppedpecan
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt

Instructions (4 steps)

01Boil the water and sugar in a medium saucepan until dissolved.
02Reduce heat.
03Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer (with the lid on) for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature before serving or storing.
