Ingredients (9)

8 ounces cream cheesecream-cheese
8 ounces white cheddar cheese, about the same size as the cream cheesecheddar
1/2 cup olive oilolive-oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegarwhite-wine-vinegar
1 teaspoon sugarsugar
2 tablespoons green onions, choppedscallion
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, choppedparsley
2 teaspoons basilbasil
3 garlic cloves, mincedgarlic

Instructions (4 steps)

01Slice cream cheese and white cheddar cheese into thin slices. (For easier slicing, place cream cheese in freezer for a few minutes.) Alternately layer the two cheeses.
02Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour dressing mixture on top of cheese.
03Chill overnight.
04Serve with a knife to slice through the cheese block and assorted crackers.
