01Put all ingredients except the olive oil in your food processor and pulse it just until all the garbanzo beans start to break up and the cilantro is mixing in nicely.
02Turn your processor back on and drizzle about 1/4 cup of olive oil through the top feeder spout of your processor and into the bean mixture. When the consistency is correct, it should be similar to peanut butter. At that point, stop processing and serve!
03I eat this on whole wheat or whole grain pita bread, cut into triangular wedges. Toast or warm the bread up briefly before adding the hummus.
