Ingredients (6)

1 large sweet onion, thinly slicedonion
1 teaspoon sugarsugar
2 teaspoons olive oilolive-oil
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1/8 teaspoon pepperpepper

Instructions (6 steps)

01In a large skillet, cook onion and sugar in oil over medium-low heat until onion is tender and golden brown, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
02Place the pork in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
03Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
04Top with onion mixture.
05Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
06Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
