01Clean your chicken and boil in a pot of water until cooked. Meanwhile, you’re going to make your BBQ sauce. In a saucepan combine the remaining ingredients. Heat on medium until bubbly. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat.
02Once chicken is cooked, take off the skin and remove the meat from the bones. Place chicken in your crock pot on low heat. Pour BBQ sauce on top of the chicken. Cook for 4 to 5 hours on low. Every now and then stir the chicken and the sauce.
03Once done, you can either keep the chicken in big pieces or shred it (pulled chicken). Place on kaiser rolls and serve with a pickle!
