Hot Potato Ranch & Bacon Salad

• 8 whole Red Potatoespotato
• 8 slices Baconbacon
• 1 bunch Green Onionsscallion
• ¾ cups Sour Creamsour-cream
• ¾ cups Mayonnaisemayonnaise
• 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix

1. 011. Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces and boil until soft. I keep the skin on, but you could peel them if you don’t like the skin.
2. 022. Cut bacon into small pieces and cook in a skillet until crisp.
3. 033. Chop green onions.
4. 044. Mix the cooked potatoes, crisp bacon, green onions, sour cream, mayo and ranch dressing mix. Serve right away if you want it hot or chill for several hours if you want to serve it cold.
