1 medium oniononion
3 tablespoons brown sugarbrown-sugar
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegarapple-cider-vinegar

1 cup waterwater

Instructions (5 steps)

01Finely chop onions and saute in a little olive oil until tender.
02Add ground beef and cook until browned. Separate meat so it is broken into very fine pieces of meat.
03Add rest of ingredients, mix, and cook over low heat on the stove 1 hour or more.
