Creamy Tomato, Sausage and Tortellini Soup

• 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oilextra-virgin-olive-oil
• 1 pound Italian Sausagesausage
• 1 jar Pasta Sauce (26 Ounce)
• 1 cup Waterwater
• 1 cup Half-and-half
• 1 pound Tortellini (Fresh Or Frozen)tortellini
• ¼ cups Fresh Basil, Choppedbasil
• 1 dash Saltsalt
• 1 dash Pepperpepper

1. 01Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Remove sausage from casings and crumble into pan. Cook and stir, breaking up sausage as you go. When the sausage is browned, stir in pasta sauce, water and half and half. Bring to a boil and add the tortellini. Continue boiling gently until tortellini is done, 8-10 minutes. Stir in basil, salt and pepper (to taste) and enjoy!
