Southern Pecan Pie Cake

• 2 sticks Butterbutter
• 2 cups Sugarsugar
• 1-½ cup Self-Rising Flourflour
• 4 whole Eggsegg
• 1 teaspoon Vanillavanilla
• 2 cups Chopped Pecanspecan
• 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Whipped Topping
• 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milksweetened-condensed-milk
• 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese

1. 01Cream butter and sugar; add flour, eggs, vanilla, and pecans. Stir by hand until well combined. Bake 30-40 minutes in a glass 9×13″ baking dish at 350 degrees.
2. 02While cake is cooling, mix together whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, and cream cheese until combined. Crumble cake. Layer half of the cake crumbs, followed by half of the frosting mixture. Repeat. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
