Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Roast

• 1 whole 2-pound Pork Roast
• 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugarbrown-sugar
• 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoningcajun-seasoning
• 2 Tablespoons Margarinemargarine
• 2 Tablespoons Olive Oilolive-oil

1. 01Rub pork roast liberally with brown sugar and Cajun seasoning. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In an oven proof pot, brown roast in margarine and olive oil on all sides.
2. 02Roast in the oven for 1 hour. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Thicken gravy with a cornstarch/water mixture. Just before slicing, pour gravy over the roast.
