Mini Brie Bites

• 6 ounces, weight Brie
• 1 package 15 Mini Fillo (phyllo) Shells
• 1 jar Favorite Preserves*

1. 011. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Remove casing from brie. (For easier removal of casing, put brie in the freezer for a few minutes. This will also make it easier to cut the brie up in cubes.) 3. Cut brie into 1/2″ cubes. 4. Place mini shells on a baking sheet. 5. Put one 1/2″ cube of brie in each mini shell. 6. Top each brie-filled mini shell with a little of the preserve (almost 1/2 teaspoon). 7. Bake in 350°F oven for 7 minutes or until brie has melted. Be careful to keep an eye on it so shells don’t burn.
2. 02(I used apricot preserves, which is yummy with brie, but you could easily use your favorite jam or preserves OR maybe try apple butter or cranberry sauce.)
