1 teaspoon dried oreganooregano
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, preferably Spanishextra-virgin-olive-oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegarwhite-wine-vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juicelemon-juice
saltsalt
fresh ground pepperpepper

Instructions (3 steps)

01Whisk together the garlic, oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
02Gradually whisk in the olive oil, continually beating to form an emulsion. Stir in the vinegar and lemon juice
03Season with salt and pepper.
