1/4 cup hoisin saucehoisin-sauce
2 tablespoons soy saucesoy-sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegarvinegar
2 teaspoons fresh garlic, mincedgarlic
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, mincedginger
2 teaspoons dark sesame oiloil
8 boneless skinless chicken thighsboneless-skinless-chicken-thighs
sesame seeds, toasted in a skilletsesame-seed
cooked ricecooked-rice
green onion top, cut into 2-inch strips

Instructions (7 steps)

01Place chicken in gallon sized zip-lock bag and the marinade ingredients. Place in bowl in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Turn bag occasionally during the day.
02Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.
03This can be cooked on grill or in broiler.
04Either way chicken should be cooked about 5 minutes on each side.
