Black Walnut Pumpkin Bread

• 2 whole Eggsegg
• ½ cups Oiloil
• 1 cup Canned Pumpkincanned-pumpkin
• ⅓ cups Waterwater
• 1-¼ cup Sugarsugar
• 1-½ cup All-purpose Flourflour
• ¼ teaspoons Saltsalt
• ½ teaspoons Nutmegnutmeg
• ½ teaspoons Cinnamoncinnamon
• 1 teaspoon Baking Sodabaking-soda
• 1 cup Chopped Black Walnutsblack-walnut

1. 01Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan and set aside.
2. 02Combine the eggs, oil, pumpkin and water in a large bowl. Sift the dry ingredients together and stir into the pumpkin mixture. Stir in walnuts.
3. 03Pour into the prepared loaf pan and bake for one hour or until a tester inserted near the center comes out clean.
