Outrageously Good Broiled Shrimp!

I experienced the most wonderful broiled shrimp dinner at a local restaurant and created my version which is pretty darn close to their recipe. You will absolutely love these! Prep time includes cleaning and butterflying shrimp.

Ingredients (7)

1 lb shrimp, peeled &amp,deveined (the bigger, the better)shrimp
2 tablespoons melted butterbutter
garlic saltsalt
1/4 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheeseparmesan
1 teaspoon dried parsleyparsley
melted butter, to drizzlebutter

Instructions (7 steps)

01Butterfly shrimp and place on non-stick baking pan or line pan with aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
02Brush shrimp with melted butter.
03Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
04Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
05Sprinkle lightly over shrimp.
06Drizzle lightly with additional melted butter.
