01To Make Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small pot and stir over medium heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.
02Allow to cool while you're squeezing your lemons.
03To Make Lemonade: Squeeze lemons with a lemon juicer or a fork (see post for the how-to).
04Strain lemon juice into a jug.
05Add 5 cups of water.
06Add simple syrup to taste.
07Chill and serve over ice.
