1 1/2 lbs round steaks, pounded thin
1/4 cup chopped oniononion
1/4 cup melted butterbutter
2 cups fresh breadcrumbsbreadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped celerycelery
1 tablespoon parsleyparsley
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoningpoultry-seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
1 cup flourflour
2 tablespoons oiloil
1 can cream of mushroom soupcream
1 1/3 cups waterwater

Instructions (8 steps)

01Cut steak into large pieces enough for 4.
02Combine the next 8 ingredients and mix well.
03Place mix on each piece of steak.
04Roll and fasten with toothpicks (no sides open).

Roll in flour and brown in oil.

06Combine soup and water.

07Pour over roll-ups.

08Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
