3 -4 large vine ripened tomatoes, slicedtomato
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oilextra-virgin-olive-oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegarbalsamic-vinegar
1/4 cup celery, choppedcelery
1/4 cup green onionscallion
1 teaspoon sugarsugar
1 teaspoon dry mustardmustard
3 cloves garlic, smashedgarlic
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried basilbasil

Instructions (4 steps)

01Put tomato slices overlapping in a low glass dish.
02Put marinade ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake to blend.
03Pour marinade over tomatoes, so that all are covered.
04Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.
