1/2 teaspoon thymethyme
1 teaspoon saltsalt

3 cups waterwater
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, slicedmushroom
1 cup chopped celerycelery
2 cups diced potatoespotato

Instructions (5 steps)

01Saute onion in butter; add flour and seasonings.
02Slowly add water, stirring.
03Bring to a boil, cook 1 minute.
04Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

05Add cream and cheese; heat through.
