This can be served as a salad or an appetizer......But any way you serve it, I think you're gonna love it. I clipped this out of the newspaper a few years ago and I've been making it ever since.

1 (14 ounce) can sliced hearts of palm, drainedhearts-of-palm
1/4 cup thin sliced red onionred-onion
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oilextra-virgin-olive-oil
2 tablespoons lime juicelime-juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsleyparsley
1/4 cup sun dried sweetened cranberries (Craisins)

Instructions (2 steps)
