Homemade Instant Pot Applesauce

• 3 pounds honeycrisp applesapple
• 1 teaspoon cinnamoncinnamon
• 1 tablespoon brown sugarbrown-sugar
• 3/4 cup waterwater

1. 01<p>Peel, core, and chop apples.</p>
2. 02<p>Add apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and water to the Instant Pot.</p>
3. 03<p>Close lid and set for 5 minutes on manual (high).</p>
4. 04<p>Quick-release pressure and mash using an immersion blender or hand masher.</p>
