This yummy sweet potato bake varies from the marshmallow version and my husband LOVES it. It is always a treat when I decide to make it. We have been serving it at Thanksgiving Dinner for years!

3 cups mashed sweet potatoessweet-potato
1 cup sugarsugar
2 eggsegg
1/4 cup butterbutter
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
1/2 cup milkmilk
1 cup brown sugarbrown-sugar
1 cup broken pecanspecan
1/3 cup flourflour
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla
1/4 cup melted butterbutter

Instructions (6 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
02Beat all sweet potato ingredients together and pour into greased 81/2"x11" baking pan.
03In a small bowl mix the topping ingredients together,stirring well.
04Crumble the mixture over top of sweet potatoes.
05Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes until sweet potatoes are set and topping looks crunchy.
