Maple Roasted Butternut Squash

• 1 whole Butternut Squash, Cubedbutternut-squash
• ¼ cups Olive Oilolive-oil
• 1 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Peppercracked-pepper
• 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Tastesalt
• 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrupmaple-syrup

1. 01Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. 02Cut squash into cubes (see my site for instructions). Drizzle baking sheet with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss in the squash, using your hands or a spatula to coat all of the cubes. Drizzle maple syrup on top and toss again.
3. 03Make sure cubes are in a single layer on the pan. Roast in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes. Check for doneness and roast for an additional 10 minutes if needed. Cubes should be nicely caramelized and a fork should pierce through the squash easily when done.
