1 lb ground roundground-beef
1 medium onion, choppedonion
1 clove garlic, mincedgarlic
1 (8 ounce) can tomato saucetomato-sauce
1/2 cup tomato juicetomato-juice
1 -2 tablespoon chili powderchili-powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushedoregano
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beanskidney-beans
1 (8 ounce) bag corn chipscorn-chips
2 cups shredded lettucelettuce
1 large tomatoes, choppedtomato
1/2 cup chopped oniononion

Instructions (10 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350.
02Grease 2 qt square baking dish.
03In large skillet brown the meat, onion and garlic.
04Drain.

Stir in tomato sauce, juice, chili powder and oregano.

06Place meat in baking dish.

07Top with beans.

08Top with corn chips.

09Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

10Before serving, sprinkle with lettuce, tomato and chopped onion.
