Orange Chocolate Chunk Cookies
5.0(12)These are a variation on a Mrs. Fields recipe. My Brit husband claims they taste like Terry's Chocolate Orange cookies.

Add melted margarine and beat well to combine.
06Add eggs, orange extract and orange juice, and beat well.07Add flour mixture, blending just until combined.08Stir in chocolate chunks.09Drop by tablespoons onto foil lined cookie sheets, 1 1/2" apart.10Bake for 12-15 minutes until cookies are slightly brown along edges.11Transfer cookies to a rack to cool.
