1 medium onion, choppedonion
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into stripschicken-breast
1 cup ketchupketchup
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup brown sugarbrown-sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegarvinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauceworcestershire
1 tablespoon prepared mustardmustard
8 cups hot cooked brown ricebrown-rice

Instructions (5 steps)

01Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
02Add onion & chicken strips & saute 2-3 minutes until tender.
03Except for the rice, stir in the rest of the ingredients, & bring to a boil.
04Reduce heat & simmer 15 minutes.
